Pranayama

Pranayama essentially means working in the dimension of prana. Prana is the vital energy needed by our physical and subconscious layers, without which the body would perish. It is the prana or life force in us that nourishes the mind and keeps the body alive. Pranayama is a deep breathing exercise that dates back to thousands of years and comes from Indian yogic traditions. It involves regulating your breath in different lengths, frequencies, and durations. The goal is to connect your body and mind through pranayama.

Yoga

Derived from the Sankrit word "yuj" which means "to unite or integrate" yoga is a 5,000+ year old Indian body of knowledge. Yoga is all about harmonizing the body with the mind and breath through the means of various breathing exercises, yoga poses (asanas) and meditation. Though many think of yoga only as a physical exercise where people twist, turn, stretch, and breathe in the most complex ways, these are actually only the most superficial aspect of this profound science of unfolding the infinite potentials.

Sudarshan Kriya

Sudarshan Kriya is a rhythmic breathing technique that helps relieve stress, regulate emotions and remove toxins from the body. Through the regular practice of Sudarshan Kriya and adopting lifestyle changes, many people around the world are leading stress-free lives while carrying out all their regular responsibilities. Sudarshan Kriya uses different breathing cycles to release negative emotions like stress, anger, anxiety, and sorrow. The technique helps you reach a happy, relaxed, and energized state of mind naturally.

Meditation

Meditation is the way to take deep rest and be alert and conscious at the same time! It is the skill to calm the mind and get in touch with your inner joy. Surya Namaskar

Surya Namaskar or Sun Salutation is a sequence of 12 powerful yoga poses. Besides being a great cardiovascular workout, Surya Namaskar is also known to have an immensely positive impact on the body and mind. Practicing Surya Namaskar steps is best done early morning on an empty stomach. Each round of Sun Salutation consists of two sets, and each set is composed of 12 yoga poses. You might find several versions on how to practice Sun Salutation. However, it is advisable to stick to one particular version and practice it regularly for the best results.
